Refund policy
REFUND POLICY:
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns of non-faulty goods will be at the customer's expense and must be packaged safely and securely, while including the customer's order number, name and address.
For hygiene reasons, goods can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all packaging intact and unopened.
If you are shipping returned goods for refund, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
